Double beam laser photoelectric spectrometer is based on two OPO oscillators pumped with Nd:YAG lasers (Opolette 355, Opotec, USA) and IM6 fast detection systems 9Zahner-Elektrik, Germany).
The primary functuion of the system are time-resolved pump-probe experiments focused on charge carrier dynamics in semiconducting nanostructures.
